I am a birth and postpartum doula, maternal mental health advocate, educator, and nonprofit leader with more than two decades of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the beautiful messiness of parenting. I hold an MA, a BSW, and certifications in birthwork, lactation, childbirth education, and sexuality education.
As a longtime group facilitator, mindfulness practitioner, and parent guide, I create meaningful spaces where people can exhale, reflect, and make sense of their own unfolding stories. In my coaching and groups, I blend evidence-based practices with a heart-centered presence, drawing from my training in mindfulness, somatic healing, and birthwork.
I’m also a writer working on a memoir that explores family dysfunction, healing, and love. I know firsthand that when we examine our lives with tenderness and without judgment, we can uncover meaning that becomes a powerful catalyst for self-acceptance and fulfillment.
Whether I’m guiding a conversation about preparing for childbirth, helping a family navigate the postpartum transition, supporting a parent who is shifting from survival mode into mindful connection, or holding space for deep reflection through writing, I meet people where they are and help them move toward who and how they want to be in the world.
I bring my full humanity (and my humor) into every space I hold. I believe healing happens in community, and I’m honored to walk alongside anyone who is rewriting their story in real time.
Superpower: Seeing the broader themes at play—whether in a 1:1 session or in a group setting.
Kryptonite: Trying to talk to me while the dishwasher is running.
