I’m  a clinical social worker who helps adults release shame, drop self-judgment, and reconnect or find their sense of purpose. She believes therapy isn’t about fixing you,  it’s about uncovering the most authentic you. Together, Rebecca and her clients sort through the “emotional junk drawer,” keeping what still serves you and gently letting go of what doesn’t.

Rebecca offers individual and group therapy for adults navigating the messy, beautiful, and often overwhelming realities of life. Her specialties include trauma, anxiety, adult ADHD, and perinatal mental health, with an emphasis on cultivating self-compassion.

Her approach is grounded in authenticity, humor,  and warmth. Rebecca shows up as a real person, walking alongside you through the hard stuff. Clients describe Rebecca as a therapist who is approachable, creating a therapeutic environment that feels like talking to a trusted friend.

Rebecca utilizes evidenced-based approaches and has an eclectic style, incorporating Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and strengths-based She has advanced training in PMAD’s, and as a mother of four has a deep appreciation and understanding of the messy realities of parenthood, identity struggles, and somehow never having matching socks.
